Pictures from Echo Ranch event 2026

We had a joyful and heartwarming gathering of mentors and mentees on March 14th, filled with horseback riding and a festive Easter egg hunt. For many of the children, it was their very first time being around horses and their excitement and wonder made the day truly unforgettable.

A highlight was watching Dorrine, the director of Echo Ranch, with the kids. Dorrine has an incredible gift for putting children at ease with the animals. With patience and kindness, she gently coached one of our six-year-olds on how to approach and pet a horse. Watching his nervousness turn into confidence, and then pure pride as he bravely climbed on for a ride, was a beautiful moment no one will forget.

Laughter echoed across the ranch as the kids dashed through the grassy hills, eagerly collecting Easter eggs and soaking in the simple joy of being together. With sunshine overhead and smiles all around, it was one of those perfect days that leaves your heart full.
