Echo Ranch for Easter Weekend

Our spring Echo Ranch event on Saturday, April 8th was a really sweet time. We had 10 mentors and 13 children in attendance (mentees and siblings). Doreen with Echo Ranch showed the kids how to interact with the horses. They were even able to take turns painting a horse. By the end of the event that horse was a masterpiece! The kids took turns riding the horses. Some of the children enjoyed it so much that they rode the horses multiple times.

While waiting to ride the horses, our matches played cornhole and took part in some Easter crafts. Matches enjoyed some tasty snacks donated by Trader Joes and were also able to indulge their taste buds with some candy-filled eggs as we closed with an Easter Egg hunt out in the mud!
