We love starting this new year of 2022 with good news: thanks to you, we’ve raised over $40,000 for our End of the Year 2021 campaign! This more than doubles what was raised last year! We are beyond grateful for your generosity that propels us into the new year.

What are we going to do with your money?

Here are some interesting numbers:

• In 2018 we had 133 mentor inquiries but only 13% came to an information session and 8% became mentors.

• In 2021 we had 77 mentor inquiries but 53% came to an information session and 21% became mentors! In short, the progression from expressing interest in being a mentor to actually becoming one is the highest we've ever seen!

Fostering deeper relationships with church partners over the years has catalyzed further success in matching mentors with mentees. Your financial support empowers us to grow our top notch program where recruitment, training, vetting, and ongoing support of our mentors and families is deeply personalized and rooted in relationship.

For 2022 we continue to strategically develop relationships with churches in the areas of the greatest need, where we have the most kids waiting for mentors: Tigard/Tualatin, Rockwood, and North Portland. We've identified 5 focus churches in each area to cultivate relationship with.

Our goal is 40 new mentor and mentee matches. We hope to end the year near the 100 active matches mark for the first time in our history!
