Many of our mentee kids don’t have much experience biking, swimming, building things, doing yard maintenance or having the kind of input which teaches some of these important life skills. Seth Horrigan recognizes this and takes his mentoring just as seriously as he takes his job, his fitness goals, his faith and his relationships: to the max! He’s an all-in kinda guy.

June 19 & 26 are set aside as World Refugee Sunday (whichever works best for your church) and we’re excited to not only work with refugee families, but provide resources to help you talk about refugee issues with children.

The month of May is National Foster Care month and there are currently about 5,250 children and youth staying with a foster family of some kind in the state of Oregon.
